Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. When processing personal data, we only use properly selected procedures and adequate methods for personal data protection, as personal data protection is one of our key priorities. At the same time, we implement, and continuously monitor, our technical and organizational measures to process personal data in a trustworthy and transparent manner in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 (GDPR) of 27.04.2016, in the relevant wording. 2. You hereby grant consent to the above Administrator to the following personal data processing:

1. Name (names) and surname,
2. Town/city,
3. E-mail address,
4. Telephone number,
5. Gender,
6. Age

Please be advised that your consent is entirely voluntary, and it is up to you to grant it.

Your consent can be withdrawn at any time without any justification, for example by paper mail or electronically by e-mail.

The purposes of processing the above personal data based on your consent, as well as other details, are further specified below.

 

For the purposes of sending advertising messages in the form of an electronic newsletter, providing up-to-date information about events in Benecko in the form of an electronic newsletter, offering services of the Administrator (i.e. the Association for the Development of Tourism in Benecko and the Surrounding Area, z.s.) and all members of the Association, the following data will be processed:

all personal data specified in Paragraph 2.

For these purposes, personal data will be processed for a period of three (3) years as of the date of granting such consent.

You hereby explicitly agree with the above personal data disclosures.

 

3. Personal data processing is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data can be also processed by these data processors for the Administrator:

c. Members of the Association for the Development of Tourism in Benecko and the Surrounding Area, z.s.

d. Alternatively, by software, service and application providers that are used by the Administrator and the data processor for personal data processing.

 

4. Please be informed that you have the following rights as the data subject:
   1. Right of access to personal data, in particular, the right to obtain information from the Administrator about whether or not your personal data is processed and, if processed, then:
      1. For what purposes,
      2. Categories of personal data concerned,
      3. Recipients, or categories of recipients, to whom personal data has been, or will be made available,
      4. Scheduled time for which personal data will be stored,
      5. The existence of the right to request the Administrator to correct or delete personal data, the right to file an objection,
      6. Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority,
      7. All available information about the source of personal data, unless it is obtained from the data subject,
      8. The fact that automated decision-making is taking place, including profiling,
