We would like to welcome you in our new cosy maisonette apartment, which is equipped with new furniture, floors and a beautiful spacious bathroom. It is ideal for two families, for which there are two bedrooms upstairs and there is a living room with a kitchen and a new bathroom on the ground floor. We are in the attic, so we have a beautiful view of the landscape:) We want to assure our clients that the entire apartment is carefully disinfected after each accommodation, all our laundry is washed by a professional laundry – Prádelny a čistírny Náchod a.s. Everything is cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of new guests to make them feel safe here.

Bedroom 1 has 4x large bed, 1x children’s bed size 160 cm. 

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, 1x children’s size 160 cm, 1x cot size 140 cm. 

The living room has 2x pull-out sofa bed for 4 people. 

Total capacity is 10 adults and 3 children. 

The apartment is sunny with a beautiful view of the mountain peaks. A cycling trail in summer and a cross-country skiing trail in winter to Rovinka, which leads to Špindlerův Mlýn, starts right next to the house. There are educational and fun trails, as well as a workshop for children. We are located near the Family Arena and it is just a 10 min walk to get right to the slopes. If you don’t feel like cooking, it’s no problem, there is a restaurant just 200 m from the house, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest:)

There is of course free Wi-Fi, parking, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, satellite, NETFLIX and private ski and bike storage room.

Accommodation with us is possible from 3 nights, if you book 7 nights, we will give you an extra 1 night free (7+1).
